- September 22, 2023 – September 23, 2023: Cleveland Ballet will present Carmen & Other Works, a program featuring a new work by Gladisa Guadalupe (female), alongside repertory works including Carmen and excerpts from Raymonda.
- Marion Motin and Xie Xin for Paris Opera Ballet – Program: Xie Xin / Marion Motin / Crystal Pite
- September 23, 2023 – October 12, 2023: Paris Opera Ballet will present Xie Xin / Marion Motin / Crystal Pite, a triple bill featuring works by three female choreographers, including two world premiere works by Marion Motin (female)and Xie Xin (female) alongside a work by Crystal Pite (female).
- Sarah Tallman for Boulder Ballet – Program: Connection
- On September 23, 2023: Boulder Ballet will present Connection, a quadruple bill featuring world premiere works by Sarah Tallman (female), and Ben Needham-Wood (male) alongside works by Caili Quan (female), and Amy Seiwert (female).
- Rachel Van Buskirk & Darian Kane for Terminus Modern Ballet Theater – Program: Out of the Box
- September 23, 2023 – October 1, 2023: Terminus Modern Ballet will present Out of the Box, a program featuring world premiere works by Rachel Van Buskirk (female), and Darian Kane (female), alongside a work in progress by Shane Urton (male).

- September 28, 2023 – September 30, 2023: Jasmin Vardimon Company’s JV2 programme will present their 2023 performance featuring new works by Evelyn Hart (female) and Sean Moss (male), alongside a work by Jasmin Vardimon (female).
- Elizabeth Burke and Claudia Rahardjanoto for Dorrance Dance at 92NY Center for Culture & Arts
- September 28, 2023 – September 30, 2023: Dorrance Dance will perform at 92NY Center for Culture & Art, and present new works by Elizabeth Burke (female), Luke Hickey (male), and Claudia Rahardjanoto (female), followed by excerpts of SOUNDspace.
- Annabelle Lopez-Ochoa for Houston Ballet – Program: Tutu
- September 21, 2023 – October 1, 2023: Houston Ballet will present Tutu, a triple bill program featuring a world premiere work by Annabelle Lopez-Ochoa (female), alongside works by Stanton Welch (male), and George Balanchine (male).
- Andrea Miller for English National Ballet – Program: Our Voices
- September 21, 2023 – September 30, 2023: English National Ballet will present Our Voices, a triple bill featuring a world premiere work by Andrea Miller (female), with artwork by renowned sculptor Dame Phyllida Barlow (female) alongside a world premiere by David Dawson (male) and work by George Balanchine (male).
- Imre van Opstal for Nederlands Dans Theater
- September 21, 2023 – November 10, 2023: Nederlands Dans Theater will present In/with/in, a program featuring world premiere works by choreographic duo Imre van Opstal (female) & Marne van Opstal (male), and Tao Ye (male), alongside a work by Marco Goecke (male).

- September 14, 2023 – October 1, 2023: Carolina Ballet will present Firebird, a program featuring a world premiere work by Gianna Reisen (female), alongside a work by Robert Weiss (male).
- Bobbi Jene Smith for L.A. Dance Project
- September 14, 2023 – September 30, 2023: L.A. Dance Project will present a new evening-length work by choreographic artists-in-residence Bobbi Jene Smith + Or Schraiber.
- Rima Pipoyan for Bern Ballet – Program: Anatomy of Emotion
- September 14, 2023 – January 6, 2024: Bern Ballet will present Anatomy of Emotion, a program featuring world premiere works by Rima Pipoyan (female), Etienne Béchard (male), and Mauro Astolfi (male).

- Florida Ballet Announces New Executive Director
- On September 18, 2023: Florida Ballet announced that DeeAnne Crookham (female) has been appointed as Executive Director of the company. Crookham succeeds Martha Lemire (female) in the role. This is a female-to-female transition.
- Richmond Ballet Artistic Director Announces Final Season
- On September 18, 2023: Richmond Ballet Artistic Director, Stoner Winslett (female), announced her retirement effective July 2024. The company also announced that the current Associate Artistic Director, Ma Cong (male) has been named “Incoming Artistic Director.” This is a female-to-male transition.
- Minnesota Dance Theater Announces Artistic Director Transition
- On September 15, 2023: Minnesota Dance Theater announced the retirement of Artistic Director Lise Houlton (female). The company also announced the appointment of Houlton’s daughter, Kaitlyn Gilliland (female) as Interim Artistic Director.
- Louisville Ballet Announces Leadership Transitions
- On September 19, 2023: Louisville Ballet announced the appointment of Mikelle Bruzina (female) and Harald Uwe Kern (male) as Co-Artistic Directors of the company. Bruzina and Kern succeed Robert Curran (male) who left the company in July 2023.
- Louisville Ballet also announced the appointment of Helen Daigle (female) as Senior Rehearsal Director.

- Genesis International Choreographic Competition is Accepting Submissions
- Milwaukee Ballet is now “accepting submissions for Genesis, the eleventh installment of (their) biennial choreographic competition. The production will be presented at the historic Pabst Theater in downtown Milwaukee, February 8-11, 2024.”
- Three choreographers will be chosen
- Submission Deadline is October 31, 2023

- On September 16, 2023: Jacob’s Pillow announced the 2023-2024 Pillow Lab Artists including Monique Martin (female), Ana Maria Alvarez (female), Theresa Ruth Howard (female), Ana Maria Alvarez (female), Ilya Vidrin (male), Sekou McMiller, Aakash Odedra (male), Kyle Marshall (male), Miguel Gutierrez (male), and Hari Krishnan (male).
