Female Choreography Commissions, World Premieres, and Programming
- Melissa Gelfin De-Poli for Cincinnati Ballet – Program: The Kaplan New Works Series
- September 8, 2022 – September 18, 2022: Cincinnati Ballet is presenting The Kaplan New Works Series, a program featuring new works by Melissa Gelfin De-Poli (female), Daniel Baldwin (male), and Taylor Carrasco (male) alongside works by Heather Britt (female), and Cathy Marston (female).
- Ryoko Tanaka for American Repertory Ballet – Program: Kaleidoscope
- September 23, 2022 – September 25, 2022: American Repertory Ballet will present Kaleidoscope, a quadruple bill featuring new works by Ryoko Tanaka (female), and Da’ Von Doane (male), alongside works by Claire Davison (female) and Ethan Stiefel (male).
- Vanessa Thiessen for Post:ballet
- September 17, 2022: Post:ballet will present a world premiere dance film choreographed by Vanessa Thiessen (female). The film will be presented in collaboration with the San Francisco Dance Film Festival.
- Marguerite Donlon for Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe Ballet- Program: Movers & Shakers
- October 6, 2022 – November 6, 2022: Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe Ballet in Karlsruhe, Germany will present Movers & Shakers, a triple bill featuring a world premiere work by Marguerite Donlon (female), alongside works by Cathy Marston (female), and David Dawson (male).
- Amy Hall Garner for Paul Taylor Dance Company – Program: Taylor a New Era
- November 3, 2022 – November 11, 2022: Paul Taylor Dance Company will present Taylor a New Era at Lincoln Center in New York City. This program features world premiere works by Amy Hall Garner (female), and Lauren Lovette (female), alongside historic works by Paul Taylor (male), and works by Lary Keigwin (male) and Kurt Joos (male).
- Caili Quan for BalletX – Program: Fall Series 2022
- November 30, 2022 – December 4, 2022: BalletX will present their Fall Series 2022, a triple bill featuring world premiere works by Caili Quan (female), and Darrel Grand Moultrie (male), alongside a work by Justin Peck (male).
- Hope Boykin for Philadelphia Ballet – Program: New Works
- February 3, 2023 – February 11, 2023: Philadelphia Ballet will present New Works, a triple bill featuring world premiere works by Hope Boykin (female), Juliano Nunes (male), and Adonis Foniadakis (male).

- Ballets Jazz Montréal Announces New Rehearsal Directors
- September 6, 2022: Ballets Jazz Montréal announced through their social media that Ching Ching Wong (female) and Andrew Murdock (male) are the company’s new rehearsal directors.
- New York City Center Announces New President & CEO
- September 8, 2022: Richard Witten, Chairman of the Board of Directors of New York City Center, announced the appointment of Michael S. Rosenberg (male) as the new President and CEO of New York City Center effective November 1, 2022. Rosenberg succeeds Arlene Shuler (female), who announced her departure from the role in December 2021. This is a female-to-male transition.

- September 23, 2022 – September 25, 2022: American Repertory Ballet will present a new choreographic work by Da’ Von Doane (male). Visual Artist Grace Lynne Haynes (female) has been commissioned to collaborate with Doane to create “scenic elements and costumes for (the) new ballet”
