The piece discusses some of the key findings from our recent report as context for a brief look at female leadership within the state’s leading professional ballet companies. The author references our list of the Largest 150 U.S. Ballet & Classically Based Companies to discuss the respective sizes of Oregon Ballet Theatre and Eugene Ballet, as well as their history of female leadership.
