Female Choreography Commissions, World Premieres, and Programming
- Vittoria Girelli & Samantha Lynch for Zurich Ballet – Program: Horizonte
- October 22, 2022 – October 26, 2022: Zurich Ballet will present Horizonte, a triple bill featuring world premiere works by Vittoria Girelli (female), Samantha Lynch (female), and Shaked Heller (male) created in collaboration with Zurich Junior Ballet.
- Daniela Cardim for Poznań Opera Ballet – Program: Stabat Mater
- November 11, 2022 – November 13, 2022: Poznań Opera Ballet will present Stabat Mater, a double bill featuring works by Daniela Cardim (female) and Edward Clug (male).
- Alice Topp for West Australian Ballet – Program: IN Cognito
- February 10, 2023 – March 11, 2023: the West Australian Ballet will present IN Cognito, a quadruple bill featuring a world premiere work by Alice Topp (female), alongside works by Helen Pickett (female), and Robert Bondara (male).
- Sarah Slipper & Caroline Finn for NW Dance Project – Program: Common Ground
- March 17, 2023 – March 18, 2023: NW Dance Project will present Common Ground, a triple bill featuring world premiere works by Sarah Slipper (female) and Caroline Finn (female) alongside a work by Yin Yue (female).
- Wubkje Kuindersma for West Australian Ballet – Program: Van Gogh
- September 8, 2023 – September 23, 2023: the West Australian Ballet will present Van Gogh, a world premiere evening-length work by Wubkje Kuindersma (female).

- Pilobolus Announces New Executive Director
- October 14, 2022: Pilobolus announced that current co-artistic director Renée Jaworski (female) has been appointed as Executive Director and Co-Artistic Director of the company. Jaworski succeeds David Shimotakahara (male) as executive director. This is a male-to-female transition.
- American Dance Festival Announces First Director of Education
- October 5, 2022: The American Dance Festival announced that Nile H. Russel (male) would be the first Director of Education for the festival.

Outstanding Artists (lighting, music, tech, design, etc.)
- Chicago Dance Makers Forum announces 2023 Lab Artists
- October 3, 2022: Chicago Dance Makers Forum announced the four recipients of a $25,000 grant and support for “an extended period of creative research, development, and potential presentation of new dance work.” The recipients are Enneréssa LaNette (female), Benji Hart (they/them), Zachary Nicol (they/them), and Winfield RedCloud Woundeye (male).
- The Myer Foundation announces the 2022 Sydney Myer Creative Fellows
- October 6, 2022: The 2022 Syney Myer Creative Fellows were announced. This fellowship is aimed to support Australian citizens or permanent residents “across the entire spectrum of the visual, performing, interdisciplinary, new media, and literary arts.” Each selected artist receives $160,000 grant over a two year period to support them in their artistic endeavors. This year’s dance recipients include Ghenoa Gela (female), Rachel Arianne Ogle (female), and Carly Sheppard (female).
