- Mackenzie King, Noelle Kayser & Ching Ching Wong for Moonwater Dance Project
- June 28, 2024 – June 30, 2024: Moonwater Dance Project will present Moonwater VI, a program featuring world premiere work by Mackenzie King (female) and a world premiere collaboration by Noelle Kayser (female) and Ching Ching Wong (female) alongside works by Katie Carey (female), and Jessica Miller Tomlinson (female)
- Jawole Willa Jo Zollar for Urban Bush Women – Program: Scat!
- June 28, 2024 – June 30, 2024: Urban Bush Women will present Scat!, a world premiere evening-length work choreographed by Jawole Willa Jo Zollar (female).
- Raffaella at Morris Performing Arts Center
- June 29, 2024 – June 30, 2024: Raffaella, a new evening-length story ballet choreographed by Claire Kretzschmar (female) will be presented at Morris Performing Arts Center.
Female Choreography Commissions, World Premieres, and Programming
- Nicole von Arx for NW Dance Project – Program: Move
- On July 12, 2024: NW Dance Project will present Move, a choreographic showing featuring new works by Nicole von Arx (female) and Ethan Colangelo (male).
- Valerie Medonia and Daphne Fernberger for Lake Tahoe Dance Festival
- July 23, 2024 – July 26, 2024: Lake Tahoe Dance Festival will take place, the festival will present new works by Valerie Medonia (female) & Daniel Baudendistel (male), Mayfield Hayens (male), and Dwight Rhoden (male). and a newly commissioned work in progress by Daphne Fernberger (female), alongside work by Susan Stroman (female), and Erick Hawkins Dance Company.
- Tess Sinke for Deos Contemporary Ballet – Program: Jane Eyre
- October 18, 2024 – October 20, 2024: Deos Contemporary Ballet will present Jane Eyre, an evening-length world premiere performance choreographed by Tess Sinke (female).
- Megan Kurashige & Shannon Kurashige for Sharp and Fine
- October 18, 2024 – October 20, 2024: Sharp and Fine will present a new evening-length work choreographed and directed by Megan Kurashige (female) & Shannon Kurashige (female).
- Kassandra Taylor Newberry for State Street Ballet – Program: The Brilliance Program: Balanchine, Arpino, and Beyond
- May 9, 2025 – May 10, 2025: State Street Ballet will present The Brilliance Program: Balanchine, Arpino, and Beyond, a program featuring a world premiere work by Kassandra Taylor Newberry (female) alongside works by George Balanchine (male) and Gerald Arpino (male).

- The Colburn School Announces Artistic Director of the Trudl Zipper Dance Institute
- On June 13, 2024: The Colburn School announced that Janie Taylor (female) will succeed Margaret Tracey (female) as Artistic Director of the Trudl Zipper Dance Institute.
- Ballets Jazz Montréal Announces New Executive Director
- On June 14, 2024: Ballets Jazz Montréal announced that Stéphane Labbé (male) has been appointed as the new Executive Director for the company. Labbé succeeds Marie-Joelle Tramblay (female) in this role. This is a female-to-male transition.
- Urban Bush Women Founder to Step Away From Company
- On June 17, 2024: Urban Bush Women founder Willa Jo Zollar (female), will step away from the company. Zollar leaves the company in the hands of Mame Diarra Speis (female) and Chanon Judson (female) who took on Artistic leadership of the company in 2019.
- The Royal Ballet School Announces New Artistic Director
- On June 17, 2024: The Royal Ballet School announced that Iain Mackay (male) will succeed Christopher Powney as Artistic Director of the school effective July 1, 2024. This is a male-to-male transition.
- The Paris Olympic Games Announces Director of Dance
- On June 18, 2024: The Paris Olympic Games Committee announced that Maud le Pladec (female) has been announced as Director of Dance for the Paris 2024 Ceremonies.
- The Australian Ballet Announces the Departure of Executive Director
- On June 20, 2024: The Australian Ballet announced the departure of Lissa Twomey (female), from the position of Executive Director of the company. Twomey held the position for 18 months. No successor has been appointed.
