- January 28, 2023 – May 18, 2023: Ballet Theater Basel will present Imbalanced Parallels, a program featuring new works by choreographic teams Iratxe Ansa (female) & Igor Bacovich (male), and Marne van Opstal (male) & Imre van Opstal (female).
- Keerati Jinakunwiphat for New York City Ballet – Program: 21st Century Choreography
- February 1, 2023 – February 11, 2023: New York City Ballet will present 21st Century Choreography, a triple bill featuring a world premiere work by Keerati Jinakunwiphat (female) alongside works by Alexei Ratmansky (male) and Justin Peck (male).
- Hope Boykin for Philadelphia Ballet – Program: Forward Motion
- February 3, 2023 – February 11, 2023: Philadelphia Ballet will present their new works program Forward Motion, a triple bill featuring new commissions by Hope Boykin (female), Andonis Foniadakis (male), and Juliano Nunes (male).

- February 3, 2023 – February 25, 2023: Charlotte Ballet will present Innovative Works, a triple bill featuring new works by Jennifer Archibald (female), and Helen Simoneau (female), alongside a work by Alejandro Cerrudo (male).
- Glory Tuohy-Daniell for Bangarra Dance Theater – Program: Dance Clan
- February 3, 2023 – February 18, 2023: Bangarra Dance Theater will present Dance Clan, a quadruple bill featuring world premiere works by Glory Tuohy-Daniell (female), Beau Dean Riley Smith (male), Ryan Pearson (male) and Sani Townson (male).
- Jessie Lee Thorne for Dance at the Odyssey Festival
- February 3, 2023 – February 4, 2023: Dance at the Odyssey Festival will present Topia: The Something In Between, a new evening-length work by Jessie Lee Thorne (female).
- Wubkje Kuindersma for Dutch National Ballet Junior Company – Program: Ballet Bubbles
- January 25, 2023 – February 15, 2023: The Dutch National Ballet Junior Company will present Ballet Bubbles, a program featuring world premiere works by Wubkje Kuindersma (female), Joshua Junker (male) and Sedrig Verwoert (male), alongside the ‘Pas de quatre’ from The Sleeping Beauty, and a work by Juanjo Arqués (male).

Female Choreography Commissions, World Premieres, and Programming
- Lindsay Grymes for Joffrey Ballet Concert Group
- February 16, 2023 – February 18, 2023: the Joffrey Ballet Concert Group will present a program featuring new works by the Creative Movers Choreographic Initiative Recipients Lindsay Grymes (female) and Eric Trope (male), alongside works by Bradley Shelver (male).

- Hubbard Street Dance Chicago Announced New Resident Artist
- On January 26, 2023: Hubbard Street Dance Chicago announced that Aszure Barton (female) has been appointed as the company’s Resident Artist for three years.
- A New Choreographer in Residence for Chunky Move
- In December 2022: Australia-based dance company Chunky Move announced that Melanie Lane (female) has been chosen as their 2023-2024 Choreographer in Residence. Lane succeeds Joel Bray (male) who was the Residency recipient for the 2021-2022 seasons.
