- On January 12, 2025: Cindi Lawrence Hanson (female) announced the creation of the National Ballet of Texas, a new ballet company led by Lawrence Hanson as Director and Sydney Blalock Ritchie (female) as Artistic Director.
- Croatian National Theatre Ivan pl. Zajc Rijeka Announces New Ballet Director
- On January 16, 2025: the Croatian National Theatre Ivan pl. Zajc Rijeka announced that Paolo Mangiola (male) has been appointed as the new Ballet Director for the theater.
- Ballet Idaho Announces New Executive Director
- On January 21, 2025: Ballet Idaho announced that Madeline Turnock (female) has been appointed as the new Executive Director of the company.
