- Lindsay Grymes for Joffrey Ballet Concert Group – Program: Spring Gala
- February 16, 2023 – February 18, 2023: Joffrey Ballet Concert Group will present Spring Gala, a program featuring new works by Creative Movers Choreographic Initiative recipients Lindsay Grymes (female) and Eric Trope (male), alongside a work by Bradley Shelver (male).

- Post:Ballet Announces First Associate Artistic Director
- On February 6, 2023: Post:Ballet announced that company artist and resident choreographer, Moscelyne ParkeHarrison (female), has been appointed as the company’s first Associate Artistic Director. ParkeHarrison will continue her role as resident choreographer alongside her new role of Associate Artistic Director.
- Lexington Ballet Announces the Departure of Artistic Director
- On February 6, 2023: Lexington Ballet announced that the company’s Artistic Director, Luis Dominguez (male), would be presenting his final production as Artistic Director of the company on February 11, 2023. No successor or leadership search has been announced as of the date of this post.

- On January 13, 2023: The Jerome Foundation announced the 2023 Jerome Hill Artist Fellowship recipients. The award recipients include Kayla Hamilton (female), Christopher Nuñez (male), Margaret Ogas (female), Valerie Oliveiro (female), MX Oops (they/them), Kendra J. Ross (female), Joseph “MN JOE” Tran (male), and Anh Vo (they/them).
- Prix de Lausanne announces 2023 Young Creation Award Winners
- On February 1, 2023: The Prix de Lausanne announced Aleisha Walker (female) and Elena Dombrowski (female) as the winners of the 2023 young creation competition.
- Louisville Ballet Announces 2023 Dysart Award Winner
- On February 6, 2023: Louisville Ballet announced that Robyn Mineko Williams (female) is the 2023 Dysart Award winner. As this year’s Dysart Award winner, Williams received a cash award, a charitable donation to the dance education institution of her choice, and a commission to create a world premiere work for Louisville Ballet. This world premiere work will be presented March 2, 2023 – March 4, 2023, as a part of Louisville Ballet’s Spotlight Series: Women in Focus production.
