Spotlight provides performing arts scholarships and artistic development to empower high school students by emphasizing preparation, courage, critical thinking and perseverance, while also providing an invaluable opportunity for students to hone their skills. This awards program is open to international and U.S. high school students who reside in the following California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara, or San Diego.

Award: $100-$5000 (Merit – Semifinalist – Honorable Mentions – Grand Prize Finalists)
