Female Choreography Commissions, World Premieres, and Programming
- Annabelle Lopez Ochoa for BAAND Together Dance Festival – Program: Program 1
- August 9, 2022: The BAAND Together Dance Festival at Lincoln Center in New York City will present a program featuring a world premiere commission by Annabelle Lopez Ochoa (female) alongside works by Alvin Ailey (male), Michelle Manzanales (female), Helen Pickett (female), Ulysses Dove (male), and Jessica Lang (female).
- Tiffany Rea-Fisher for Dance Theater of Harlem
- October 7, 2022 – October 8, 2022: Dance Theater of Harlem will present Sounds of Hazel: The Hazel Scott Ballet, a world premiere work by Tiffany Rea-Fisher. This work focuses on the music and memory of Hazel Scott, an important figure in the history of Jazz music. The production has an all-women creative team, from the choreographer (Rea-Fisher) to Erica Lewis-Blunt the composer for the production.
- Daniéle Desnoyers for Fondazione Nazionale Della Danza/ Aterballetto – Program: Double Side
- October 23, 2022: The Fondazione Nazionale Della Danza/ Aterballetto will present Double Side, a double bill program to be premiered at the Festival Aperto in Reggio Emilia, Italy. The program features world premiere works by Daniéle Desnoyers (female), and Norge Cedeño Raffo (male).
- Bridget Breiner for Staatsballett Karlsruhe
- April 16, 2023 – June 16, 2023: Staatsballet Karlsruhe will present Maria Stuart, an evening-length world premiere choreographed by Bridget Breiner (female).
- Stina Quagebeur for Staatsballett Karlsruhe – Program: JAZZ
- May 28, 2023 – July 5, 2023: Staatsballett Karlsruhe will present JAZZ, a double bill featuring new works by Stina Quagebeur (female) and Kevin O’Day (male).
- Morgan Runacre-Temple and Jessica Wright (Jess and Morgs) for the Scottish Ballet: Coppélia
- August 14, 2022 – October 8, 2022: The Scottish Ballet will present Coppélia, a world premiere reimagined take on the classic ballet choreographed and directed by creative team Jess and Morgs (Morgan Runacre-Temple (female) and Jessica Wright (female)).
- Oona Doherty at Internationales Sommerfestival 2022: Navy Blue
- August 10, 2022 – August 13, 2022: Oona Doherty will present a world premiere work entitled Navy Blue at the Internationales Sommerfestival 2022 in Hamburg, Germany.
- Chieko Imada for Ballet Tucson – Program: Winter Concert
- February 17, 2023 – February 19, 2023: Ballet Tucson will present Winter Concert, a quadruple bill featuring a world premiere work by Chieko Imada (female) alongside works by George Balanchine (male), Price Suddarth (male), and Marius Petipa (male).

- August 2, 2022: Gibney Dance Center announced that Sidra Bell is the inaugural recipient of their new multi-year Artist-in-Residence program.
